Jack Artificial Lift Machinery Co., Ltd, one of the Top-Class manufacturers of artificial lift equipment founded in 2012, is also a provider of integrated artificial lift solutions. As Schlumberger`s artificial lift manufacturing base in China, JACK has more than 200 employees, including 20 technical R&D personnel of whom more than 80% have bachelor's degree or above. JACK not only has a completely independent design and R&D organization, but also maintains close cooperation with the North American R&D team. JACK covers an area of more than 35 acres, owns 30 million USD fixed assets, and has more than 100 sets of advanced equipment, with annual production capacity of 2,500 sets of pumping units and gear reducers, 1 million pcs sucker rods and couplings, 2,000 sets of down hole pumps, 1500 sets of PCP drive head, 200 sets of hydraulic pumping unit and 3000 pcs of rotors.
JACK has obtained API Q1, API 11E, API 11B, API 11AX quality management system and corresponding product certification, and passed ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 three system certification. In addition, JACK also has a national CNAS certified testing center and a professional quality control team, with chemical analysis, mechanical properties, metallographic analysis capabilities, as well as magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing and three-coordinate testing capabilities. JACK also has test platforms such as pumping units, reducers, sucker rods, oil pumps, and screw pumps to ensure that the delivered products meet industry standards and customer needs.
